Enjoy our extremely seasonal and extremely delicious Garlic Scapes Pesto.
Scapes, the unopened flower of a garlic plant, are harvested only during a select number of days in the late spring or early summer.
A warm, mild garlic flavour, comes from the Red Russian garlic stems grown naturally in Maple Ridge. Hand crafted in small batches with crunchy toasted walnuts, a little salt, white wine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice make up our simple, farm to table delicacy.
